Processed Cheese Filling and Wrapping Machine

The ARU is a fully automatic machine designed for efficient filling and wrapping of processed and cream cheese into convenient consumer-sized portions using aluminium foil.

High-efficiency automated packaging of processed and cream cheese with precise portion control.

Shipment options include sea, air or road, as per agreement with the customer (Incoterms 2020). Delivery to a convenient port (CIF) or pick-up from warehouse (EXW) available.

Main Features

Automatic filling and wrapping for processed and cream cheese in aluminium foil, with or without an easy-opening system and labelling.
Volumetric dosing for portion accuracy.
85 litre double-jacket heated hopper with agitator.
Capacity: up to 50 packs per minute.
Adjustable portion sizes (15–100 g per pack), with weight change possible by adjusting brick height (up to 20 g weight adjustment without part replacement).
Shapes: rectangular and square portions.
Packaging materials: coated aluminium foil or laminate, with optional tear strip applicator for easy opening.
Label applicator: top or three-sided labelling, or no label.
Compact design for easy integration and maintenance.
PLC and HMI with touchscreen interface.
Integrated foil cuts collecting system and machine safety covers.
Optional photocell-based centering device for precise label and foil application.

Applications

Specially designed for processed and cream cheese bricks, blocks, or cubes.
Not suitable for hard cheese, mozzarella or cheese slices.
