Filter Elements for Steam & Gas | Donaldson P-GS VE

Supplier: Donaldson Filters

Donaldson is pleased to introduce a range of sintered, stainless steel filter elements, complete with new high temperature, EPDM o-rings as standard, for the filtration of steam and gas.

Price Guide: POA

Donaldson's P-GS VE elements with welded end caps have retention ranges of 1µm, 5µm or 25µm. P-GS VE elements retain contaminants, such as particles, abrasion of valves and sealings, as well as rust. An improved steam quality ensures longer life of the filters to be sterilised and increases the efficiency of the entire process.

  • Thirteen sizes, three micron ratings and connection options to meet virtually all purification requirements in steam and gas
  • High-quality continuous 316L sintered stainless steel filter media construction with 304 SS welded end caps
  • Excellent material resistance towards steam and aggressive media
  • Able to regenerated by back-flushing or ultrasonication
  • High-flow rates, low pressure drop and high dirt holding capacity
  • Meet FDA requirements with food in accordance with CFR 21 and 1935/2004/EC

As a standard feature P-GS VE elements incorporate the new high temperature, EPDM O'Ring which eliminates the need for higher priced alternatives. Features of the EPDM O'Ring include:

  • Steam sterilisation up to 180C (steam pressure > 9 bar abs.)
  • Temperature range -50C - 200C
  • 3A and FDA Title 21 compliance
