Wipotec TQS-LI is a solution for printing and checking labels before they are applied to products, either manually or with a labelling system. Labels are unrolled, printed and then inspected by a high-resolution camera.

Label and full-area printing verification ensure maximum process reliability: The camera inspects the printed image for proper print quality and reads code as well as text and images. If errors are detected, the label is either made invalid or removed from the carrier tape. Labels inspected good are rolled up again. All system components are easily controlled on a touchscreen.
