Standard Technical Features

• 8-position rotating turret with intermittent operation;
• Hinged roller headboards to facilitate the operation of replacing and cleaning clichés and rollers;
• fine registers for axial and peripheral regulation of clichés that can be performed with a machine in motion;
• accurate adjustment for the tilt of the print head in relation to the taper of the container with electric movement;
• rollers on the squid controlled by a 3-phase alternating current engine with frequency converter and electromagnetic clutch for precise adjustment of the amount of ink;
• all gears are inclined to ensure a positive command and avoid shadows on the printout;
• electropneutic device to raise the printing head when a container is not in the printing position, to avoid printing on the spindle itself (no container-no printing device). Along with the "no container-no printing" device, another device called ""no container-no inking" is activated, which disconnects all stamping rollers from their clichés to avoid excess ink on the printed container after an empty spindle;
