Existco Pallet Scan System will make all the pains go away. With this application, you will know exactly which products go onto which pallets and carried by which trucks and at what date and time. This information is captured on Mobile Computer and then transferred to PC via ActiveSync connection for further process if needed.

Users can easily add/edit the Product List on the PC or Mobile Device. The system also comes with password protection to prevent unauthorised people from modifying the Product List.

How it Works
The process will involve operations on the PC as well as on the Mobile Device.

On the PC, the operators upload Product List to Existco Pallet Scan System via Excel sheets.

The operators dock Mobile Computer to Cradle for data synchronization. The system will then update the latest Product List onto the Mobile Device so that Operators can start processing the next batch.

The operators then scan Products, Pallets and fill in required information. The data collected is saved onto the Mobile Computer, and users have the ability to edit saved information if needed.

Once finished, users dock the mobile computer in the cradle and perform data synchronization to host PC.

Existco Pallet Scan System will get data collected from Mobile Computer. The processed data can be printed as well as stored on PC for later reviews and searches.
