- Quantifies high, low, or trace levels of elements in various sample types: bulk, granules, powders, thin films, and liquids.
- Suitable for central and contract laboratories, environmental monitoring, chemical and electronics industries, mining, forensic science, food, cement, and metals industries.
- Compact benchtop design with advanced integrated optics and Peltier-cooled Si(Li) detector, or 1 mm Silicon Drift Detector (SDD1000), providing outstanding analytical precision across a wide dynamic range (from ppm to percent levels).
- Standard-free and semi-standard-free analysis using UniQuant™ software, with capability for fundamental parameter (FP) and empirical methods with standards.
