Key Design Features

Chamber and Piping: Constructed from 316L grade stainless steel for the chamber, piping, and fittings. Inner chamber walls are polished to Ra < 0.4µm for a smooth, contamination-resistant surface.
Biological Seal: Advanced bio-shield system offers a hermetically sealed barrier, using both welded stainless steel plates and flexible neoprene wall seals to prevent microorganisms from crossing zones.
Effluent & Filter Sterilisation: All effluent and gases are sterilised with high-temperature processes. Options include thermal or double filtration (0.2 µm filters) to meet strict BSL-4 requirements.
Safety Mechanisms: Fitted with dedicated safety valves, expansion vessels, and microbiological sanitary air filters to ensure secure operation.
Easy Loading: Includes pull-out trays, loading carts and transfer carriages, and automatic loading options for safe, efficient material handling within the chamber.
