The Allweiler SN series triple screw pumps are typically used to transfer chemically neutral, lubricating fluids such as fuel oils, lube oils, hydraulic oils, cutting oils, coolant oils, cooling oils, waxes, tar oils, polyols, isocyanates, and paints
The are utilised in a broad range of industries including firing, hydraulics, mechanical engineering, general industrial technologies, chemical and petrochemical industries, marine and offshore engineering.
These German engineered pumps are self priming, and come with hardened and ground spindles which run in a replaceable casing insert. This optimizes the pumps life and ease of maintenance. Owing to ta special profiling of the flanks of the screw threads, the tree spindles form sealed chambers, the contents of which are axially and completely continuously shifted from the suction to the delivery side of the pump. There is no turbulence despite the rotational movement, and squeezing stresses are avoided by the constant volume in the chambers.
