We can build conveyors for any type of products. They can be integrated with an optional automatic pallet dispenser and shuttle system or other equipment such as a palletising robot or strapping/wrapping machine. See the common types of conveyor below!

Pallet Conveyors

Our pallet conveyors are designed to be strong and durable, as it is required when handling heavy palletised goods. They are generally made of roller or chain or a combination of both.

The conveyors can be programmed to move synchronously with the robotic system and other equipment. Sensors will be put in the most suitable locations to ensure that you don’t lose precious time in production and to ensure that the system in overall works together harmoniously, giving you, the customer, peace of mind.

Product Conveyors

Our product conveyors are designed to be flexible and reliable. We understand that conveyors can take a large amount of space, therefore, we also design our conveying systems to be compact, where possible. Dimensions such as width, length, or incline or decline angle can be modified and it can be based on any of the conveyor types listed to suit your applications.

Most of the conveyor’s parts are fabricated in-house, this gives us a significant flexibility in how the conveyor is fabricated. For small work spaces, we can do overhead or narrow conveying systems. Materials chosen to suit the product and environment; for example, the conveyors need to be built to withstand moisture or chemical or corrosive substances and environment. Shapes, bend angles, height, etc. are all within our design capabilities. All you need to provide us, is your requirements.

Bag Flattened Conveyor

The bag flattener is a two-in-one belt conveying system. One at the bottom and one at the top. The product comes in the infeed side and gets flattened as it travels along in between the two belts. Both top and bottom conveyors are driven by separate motors to provide an even, smooth flattening and movement process of the products.

Our bag flattener can also accommodate different size bags as it automatically adjusts the height of the top conveyor if the product is too big. The product will simply pushes the top conveyor higher and because the top conveyor is driven as well, the product will not be damaged as it will just smoothly move along the conveyors due to the two motor driven pressing conveyors.

Other Types of Conveying Systems

Roller Chain Conveyors

Chain conveyors can be used in a number of different ways. The type of chain used can be specified to suit the goods to be conveyed. For example, Simplex/Duplex/Triplex type roller chain can be used for transferring goods on pallets. Other types are also available such as chain with attachments which are purposed for particular products such as shafts, bags, and bulk materials or specific processes such as an overhead monorail and floor conveyor. The type of conveyor can cover for multitude of products and purposes.

Powered Roller Conveyors

This type of conveyor uses steel rollers to transport goods. The rollers provide a large surface area for the product or pallet to travel on. This enables the roller to have a good traction, providing smooth and seamless movement of product. Pallet Roller Conveyors are also usually combined with a some Chain Conveyors in order to allow change of travel direction.

Roller Conveyors

Constructed with steel rollers, these conveyors offer a fast and reliable way to transfer products between stations. The rollers can be free-rolling or motor driven depending on your needs. It can also be lined with rubber for extra traction while transporting products. The free-rolling option also saves you on cost!

Belt Conveyors

A universal conveyor that can be used for a vast majority of products. These conveyors are very versatile and can be created to any length and width. We are also able to supply food or chemical safe conveyors with anti-corrosion materials and chemical resistant belt.

Modular Belt Conveyors

The belt used on this conveyor is made of plastics intertwined together creating a strong but flexible belt. The flexibility enables this belt to be bent at your desired angle, may it be 90 degrees or spiraling up/down into a different station. This is a very cost-effective option compared to a transfer table.
