Handheld POS Devices
Handheld POS Devices
Vectron Systems introduce their Handheld POS Devices.
This Handheld POS Devices replaces the traditional restaurant waiter pad (View video). Orders are transmited wirelessly to the kitchen and bar. With no need for staff to walk away from the dining area, restaurant owners can use this device to sell more on the floor.
Easy to use, the handheld has exactly the same touchscreen as the main fixed POS terminals. This same look and feel makes life easier for staff as they only have to learn how to use one touch screen instead of two. With large, easy to navigate buttons, the Handheld POS Devices responds to fingertip touch or a built in stylus.
Many restaurant owners find they sell more cakes and coffee after meals as Patrons are happier to remain when orders are taken promptly. Staff can move quickly from table to table and send orders instantly. Table spend increases as well as table turnover. This rapid ordering boosts customer satisfaction and upfront costs are often quickly recouped in extra sales.
Venue owners look more professional with orders taken in real time at the table. Less error prone than manual order systems, other features like suggestive side orders and kitchen updates on meal status etc all positively impact on bottom line profits.
Powerful enough to run stock takes, stock transfers, purchase orders and stock receipts, the Handheld POS Devices are compatible with commonly available terminals. We are the technology supplier of choice for some of Australia's best known hotels, restaurants and clubs. Whether you are looking to upgrade to a full POS system or simply want to install CCTV, we can help.
