Introduction

Nuvo-7002LP/7006LP is the low-profile version of the new Nuvo 7000 family. It features a low-profile chassis, which reduces its height to 79 mm, and remains extraordinary 25°C to 70°C operating temperature. For those demanding varied computing power, N7002LP/7006LP supports socket-type CPU for flexible CPU installation. You can choose Intel® 8th Gen Core™ i7/i5/i3, from 35W to 65W TDP, according to your performance consideration and operating environment.

N7002LP/7006LP inherits comprehensive I/O functions, such as GbE, USB3/USB2, COM and VGA/DVI/DP, from Xv2-N7000E/P. It also incorporates the MezIOTM interface for further I/O expansion features one front-accessible, hot-swappable HDD/ SSD tray which can be configured as RAID 0/1 when combined with the internal SATA port. It also leverages cutting-edge M.2 NVMe SSD technology for over 2000MB/s disk read/ write speed, or install an Intel® Optane™ memory for the ultimate system acceleration.

Neousys’ Patented Cassette is an innovative and brilliant method to accommodate an add-on card. The modularized design offers easy installation/ replacement and the possibility of passive cooling for add-on card brings reliability and flexibility to the system. You can install COTS PCI/PCIe card for function expansion, or choose Neousys’ offer of Cassette module with pre-installed heat-spreader to include PoE+, USB 3.0 or independent graphics card.

The MezIO™ Interface and Modules

MezIO™ interface is designed for incorporating application-oriented I/O functions into an embedded system. Neousys offers a variety of Nuvo-7000 compatible MezIO™ modules with various I/Os such as RS-232/422/485, isolated DIO and ignition power control. Users can also leverage signals/ power supplied by the MezIO™ interface to customize one’s own module.
