Nordfab - Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) | Filtration Device

The electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is a filtration device that removes fine particles, like dust and smoke, from flowing gas using the force of an induced electrostatic charge minimally impending the flow of gasses through the unit.

They are ideal for applications such as on oily smoke and kitchen exhaust filtering. In contrast to using a wet scrubber which apply energy directly to the flowing fluid medium, an ESP applies energy only to the particulate matter being collected and therefore is very efficient in its consumption of energy (in the form of electricity.)

ESP’s are supplied in modules and can be installed in groups for larger applications.
