PROK - HDPE Conveyor Rollers

PROK HDPE composite roller is a high-performance roller that uses a specially formulated glass reinforced polymer matrix to produce a lightweight and belt friendly roller suitable for heavy-duty applications.

The premium seal design includes low friction properties to ensure low break away mass and run resistance during operation whilst its lightweight design minimises the potential for manual handling injuries during installation and change outs.

Our HDPE roller achieves low operating self-noise output compared to standard steel rollers, ideal for use in noise sensitive environments.

Its engineering design incorporates an anti-jamming end disc, which mitigates roller seizures and improves reliability.

FEATURES

• High performance composite material suitable for corrosive environments
• Dedicated wear resistant layer
• Friction welded bearing housing preventing contamination ingress while also  stopping the housing from walking out
• Premium seal arrangement

BENEFITS

• Light weight
• Belt friendly
• High wear resistance shell properties
• Suitable in heavy duty applications
