The 4000W HMI Lunar Light has many features which make it attractive for any situation where powerful yet high quality light is required. With its 400,000 lumens output, it is comparable to 4 conventional lighting towers, but with much less transport cost, fuel, maintenance and setup.
Set up in Minutes
Adaptive & Portable
Powered by a conventional power source or small generator.
Coverage is approx. 9567 sq. yards (8,000m²)
Versatile – Suspend the light head from infrastructure or machinery.
Transport in a car, no need to tow.
Lightweight – Can be carried by one person – weighs only 220lbs.
Hot re-strike capability – no need to wait for the light to cool down before re-striking.
Approx. 400,000 lumens output from a single globe; conventional floodlights have approx. 100,000 lumens output.
360° and 180°> capability – the 4,000W HMI Lunar light can be easily adjusted to focus light in a specific direction. Changeover takes just minutes.
Duplicate natural daylight – the colour temperature is 6000K, the same as daylight.Conventional lighting towers have a yellowish unnatural light (3200 degrees Kelvin)
Low energy consumption – minimum power requirement is 6.9kW.
Natural Gas and Oil
The 4000W Lunar light is used widely in construction and mining projects, such as the Pluto LNG (liquefied natural gas) project. It has been used in harsh and remote conditions. The 4000W light can be used as a light tower, or the light head can be attached to infrastructure, giving this light remarkable flexibility for oil and natural gas projects.
Large scale lighting
The 4000W HMI Lunar Light is an ideal solution for large scale lighting, where the light can attach to either machinery, structures, or camp areas, where conventional lighting towers cannot be used due to work space limitations. Warehousing, roadworks where light is required in a vertical direction, rail, maintenance shutdowns and exhibitions are some of the other application
Designed for maximum flexibility
The 4000W HMI Lunar Light provides amazing lighting performance from a single unit with the 4000W globe rated at 400,000 lumens output which is up to 4 times more than that of one conventional lighting tower. It replicates the color of daylight and provides a safer work environment, with no towers or supports to interfere where accessibility is limited. It can be also mounted onto equipment for maximum versatility.
