Protoblast Batch Abrasive Recovery Systems ...
Protoblast - Batch Abrasive Recovery Systems
Batch Abrasive Recovery Systems can be designed for blast chambers that work on a wide range of materials in a batch by batch process flow.
How it works
A single or multiple narrow oscillating conveyors are located under the blast chamber floor in various configurations to suit customer requirement.
At the conclusion of blasting the used abrasive is simply swept into the grate above the conveyor system
Used abrasive is transported through a coarse sieve into the bucket elevator and then into the Airstream Abrasive Classifier chamber.
Benefits of Batch Recovery Oscillating Conveyor Systems
