Features

Integrates case packing and palletising, retaining the qualities of both machines. The compact layout incorporates the case exit facility into the pallet magazine area.
Designed with attention to overall dimensions, easy access and easy, fast size change-over. Especially suitable for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food sectors.
Fully cantilever-structured case-packing module separates mechanical and operational groups, with operational groups accessible from the operator’s side.
A plain, reliable case-forming, conveying and closing system combines with a well-tested product stacking/filling system for operation in particularly demanding environments and conditions.
Case closure using self-adhesive tape, moistening-type paper or hot-melt glue.
Size change-over using CAM’s patented Mechanical Memory® system.
Completed cartons can be overturned onto either side or proceed without overturning to the palletising area.
Case-exit belt accommodates a check weigher for case weight verification and a bar code reader. A second belt is available as a case buffer during unexpected palletiser stoppages.
Case pick-off by gripper or suction cup systems.
Automatically displays suitable palletising modes once case dimensions are set. Formats are coded and stored for future retrieval.
CNC enables linear axis interpolation for ramp acceleration and deceleration to ensure long-lasting mechanical parts.

Optional equipment

Taping system applying tape over the entire case perimeter.
Case coding system, label application system and label printers.
Automatic empty-pallet feeder and automatic full-pallet exit system.
Automatic layer-pad feeder and slip-proof glue application unit.
Check weigher, bar coder, printer and label applicator for products to be palletised.
Reject systems for faulty products.
