GVS Sub-vertical Mechanical Perforated Screens are engineered for fine screening in municipal and industrial wastewater plants. Their robust design allows for installation in deep channels with minimal maintenance costs. Similarly, GVF Sub-vertical Mechanical Bar Screens offer medium-fine screening capabilities, boasting sturdy construction and low maintenance requirements. Meanwhile, GVB-series Sub-Vertical Mechanical Bar Screens specialize in coarse screening, featuring durable construction suitable for various wastewater applications. Lastly, GVL Mechanical Screens are designed for coarse screening in both municipal and industrial wastewater plants, offering a cost-effective solution with superior reliability.
All screens feature robust steel frames and filter mechanisms tailored to specific screening needs. GVS and GVF screens incorporate brushes and wiper blades for efficient sewage screening, while GVB and GVL screens utilize chain-driven rakes for solids removal.
Function: Wastewater enters the units, where screenings are captured on filters or bars. Cleaning mechanisms remove solids, which are then discharged for disposal.
