The Compuset cutting head is a fully automated Hotwire cutter. It is perfect for large and diverse jobs cutting EPS foam. The computer can load and position up to 50 wires allowing quick and accurate job setup. When a job requires an alternative foam type, the machine can easily switch to the Fastwire cutting head. This is powerful enough to cut through a wide range of materials.

Fixed Table

The cutting frame moves along a fixed table, which is built in a range of sizes. Compact sizes are ideal for small spaces, while broader sizes can increase productivity by cutting two or more blocks at a time.

Dust Extractor Kits

Dust extractors are large vacuums that remove the dust during the cutting process, minimising the clean-up after jobs. It also helps keep a safer factory for its workers by lowering the amount of airborne dust.

Compatible with a Selection of Abrasive Wires

Three types of abrasive wires have been tested for compatibility and performance with this model. A description and purpose of each wire type can be found on our extras page.
