Features

Linear, accessible operator side enables convenient carton magazine loading, large carton storage capacity, and full visibility and control of machine functions.
Cantilever structure separates mechanical transmission from product/carton handling areas, providing access for inspection and immediate removal of product and packaging residue in compliance with GMP norms.
Continuous motion 5-station carton erection turret has individually driven stations with closed-profile cams for zero-speed carton pick-off. Progressive carton pre-breaking takes longer than the machine cycle.
Each erection station has two suction-cup arms pulling externally on adjacent carton faces, ensuring positive opening regardless of board grammage, including square-section formats.
Cam-profile product transport buckets enter the cartons to introduce products, including those with irregular shapes or dimensions.
Optional pusher upper blades with differentiated stroke introduce leaflets, booklets and similar items independently of product characteristics.
A wide range of product feeders covers packaging requirements in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Food Industries.
Patented carton closure system allows format changes without a specialised technician, eliminates closure-area fine-tuning time and provides consistent final-package quality.
Mechanical Memory® system converts complete size change-over into rapid, pre-set operations that unskilled personnel can perform in less than 10 minutes. It eliminates fine-tuning adjustments and allows size change-over to coincide with actual production change-over.
