Balcony-style horizontal, intermittent motion cartoner, with stated operating speed rates ranging from 100 to 200 strokes/minute.
Ultra compact layout allows integration into small production sites.
Carton magazine offers great autonomy, easy access and loading from the top.
Cantilever structure clearly separates the mechanical section from the product handling zone.
One single guard provides comfortable and fast access.
Easy cleaning and maintenance operations.

Continuous Motion Erection System

Exclusive erection system uses a two-station rotary turret, with each station driven by closed profile cams.
Product pick-up from the magazine starts at “0” speed, promoting total and progressive pre-breakage of the cartons.
Each erection station has two suction-cup arms that pull two adjacent carton faces to ensure positive opening, regardless of cardboard grammage and quality, including square cartons.

Product Introduction and Closure

Two continuous motion pushers provide smooth product introduction, guaranteeing the integrity of the final product.
New-generation continuous motion closure system uses a rotary system that is simple and fast to remove during format changes.
A line operator can replace the closure system, with no adjustment required.
Guarantees repeatable final-pack quality.
