The K0 is a high-speed continuous motion horizontal cartoner with production speeds up to 800 cartons per minute and patented Mechanical Memory® format change-over.

Features

Cantilever structure and separation of the mechanical section from the packaging area make cleaning and inspection easier during batch change-over.
Patented carton erection system incorporates a continuous motion 5 station turret, allowing total and progressive carton pre-breaking over a period longer than the machine cycle.
Each carton erection station has two suction-cup arms that pull externally on two adjacent carton faces, ensuring positive opening even for low grammage and square-section cartons.
Patented product transfer system is motorised by two crown gears coaxial with the centre drum. The carton transfer system and gripper unit are integrally assembled to ensure alignment of pusher-product (bucket)-carton.
Simultaneous approach of the bucket to the carton provides full control of product introduction.
Patented closure system enables tuck-in carton closure at high speed.
Patented Mechanical Memory® format change-over system allows even unskilled personnel to carry out format changes safely and quickly.
