Series	LB SERIES

Available in	Asia, Canada & USA, Latin America and Oceania

Features

Breaks down fragile or friable lumps back into usable powder, ensuring product quality.
Can be retrofitted within an existing installation, providing an easy fix to an unforeseen problem.
Saves waste by reprocessing lumps back into good usable material.

Materials and Suitability

Designed for fragile or friable materials, rather than grinding hard materials into powder as a mill does.
Handles materials that typically started as powders but agglomerated into lumps through compaction, vibration, humidity, temperature change or similar actions.
Common materials handled include sugar, salt, nitrates, boric acid and other hygroscopic materials, often sodium or potassium based.
As a rough suitability guide, lumps that break easily by hand, when dropped from waist or shoulder height, or when tapped lightly with a standard 0.5 kg hammer have a very good chance of being suitable for the lump breaker.
Lumps requiring a sledgehammer may need more aggressive equipment to grind them into powder.
