Robotic Palletiser | PalTeq Cobot

Suitable for a wide range of products: cartons, shipping cases, cans, bottles, round or square containers, bags or your very special stackable product. Reliable and monitored palletizing with vacuum suction devices or gripping tools.

PalTeq palletizers are equipped with efficient vacuum generators or can be connected to an existing central vacuum system.

Modular construction platform - individual layouts. Economic and future-proof.

PalTeq Cobot – Collaboration is the future standard

The PalTeq Cobot is a fully automatic palletizer with integrated collaborating robot for palletizing shipping cases, trays, bundles or bottles.

The use of a collaborating robot allows an open layout without safety fences. This ensures best accessibility and minimizes the space requirement on your shopfloor.

PalTeq Cobot is the new employee in your production. Hand in hand with human colleagues. It is the ideal replacement for unergonomic palletizing by hand.

The pallet spots are defined by foldable guides. Furthermore, PalTeq Cobot offers tool-less form change and changeover between different pallet types.

PalTeq Cobot is mobile. If your employees are working on different lines on different days, they can take the palletizer to their place of work. Movable on rollers and with pallet guides folded up, PalTeq Cobot fits through doors up to 900 mm width.

Due to the 6 axes of the collaborating robot, product handling and palletizing schemes can be designed with maximum flexibility. PalTeq Cobot is available in versions up to 10 kg or 35 kg product weight.

Layout variants: Equipment for 2 pallet positions. Pallet guides can be folded out individually

Paletts: Euro-pallet, Industrial pallet, Special pallets on request

Slip sheet magazine: Integrated (approx. 50 sheets)

Options: Labeler
