The SURETHERM 20X is a Workshop Level Induction Heater Equipped with TM’s intuitive touchscreen interface and ergonomic pivoting yokes, making it a versatile addition to the SURETHERM-series. The pivoting yoke makes for easy work piece handling as there is no need to lift the part and remove the yoke. Designed to be used for professional mounting of a wide range of parts, including Bearings, Gears, Hubs, Bushes & Sleeves with a maximum weight of 100 kg and maximum diameter of 500 mm (max. diameter 680mm when extension yokes are used).

With our new generation of low frequency equipment, we offer the most efficient heaters for a wide range of applications. Our SURETHERM series assure a safe heating process, where only the workpiece is heated. The heaters are suitable for sealed and shielded bearings, pre-greased bearings, bearings with polyamide cages, gearwheels, pulleys, couplings, and bushings.
