Deprag offer a complete range of torque controlled screwdriver spindles for machine builders. They all feature Deprag’s high quality and superior torque control, as well as simple mounting and spring loaded side mounting bolt which makes stroke compensation on multi spindle systems easy. All spindles can be fitted with depth sensors if required.
 
Deprag offer 5 ranges of screwdriver spindles to suit your specific requirements:
 
Pneumatic Torque Controlled Spindles for torques from 0.02 to 180Nm: featuring Deprag’s highly accurate Minimat Ultra shut off clutch. These screwdrivers have an accuracy of ±3% standard deviation regardless of air pressure fluctuations or joint type, and have a control line to sense if the driver is on or off. 
 
Pneumatic Spindles with torque transducer for torques from 0.05 to 80Nm: with the same features as the standard spindles, but with torque integrated transducers to measure and document the torque of each screw joint.
 
Angle Head Pneumatic spindles for torques of 0.3 to 67Nm: with the same features as the standard spindles but because of their angle head they can access positions with limited access.
 
Electric Screwdrivers with torque measurement via current sensing for torque of 0.03 up to 18Nm: These tools are fully programmable and can check and document all torque and angle measurements. Torque accuracy is ±3% SD.
 
EC Servo Motor Screwdrivers with torque measurement via strain gauge for torques of 0.2 up to 270Nm. These tools are also fully programmable but use a strain gauge to measure the torque. Torque accuracy is ±1% SD.
