Vacuum Packaging Machine Supervac GK 501B

Supplier: Vemag Australia

The Supervac GK 501B is a compact, conveyorised stainless steel vacuum packaging machine with high output from one operator, touch screen control and High Pressure Double Biactive Sealing.

High Output Vacuum Packaging

For meat, fish, cheese and all other food and non-food products.
High-quality stainless steel construction for easy cleaning and maximum hygiene.
High Pressure Double Biactive Sealing and Spring Loaded Resistance Wires provide tough, reliable seals despite wrinkles, moisture and grease. Springs keep wires taut during continuous production, increasing resistance wire and teflon working life.
Expansion Cushion with Snap-out Frame reduces evacuation time by up to 30% and prevents wrinkles on the package’s upper side.
Soft Start and Stop of Belt: controlled acceleration and braking prevent products moving out of place when entering the chamber.
Quick slackening of conveyor for easy cleaning.
Control box heating.

Simple touch control and precision programming of machine functions.
Continuous cycle-status display in menus; alpha-numeric display for product name, bag material and other information.
Integral digital vacuum meter with index value in mbar.
Evacuation modes: optimum possible for product, evacuation by time, desired final vacuum in mbar, and interval evacuation.
Service diagnostics and integral operation-time monitoring.

Height Adjustable Sealing Bars for appearance across all product heights.
Trim Removal System: rotating knives cut bag overlength before chamber entry; surplus drops into baskets. Adjustable rotation speed suits laminate bags, gusseted aluminium foil bags and shrink bags. Replaces cut-off perforation and pouch piercing knives.
Pouch Piercing Knives create evacuation slots in protruding overlength bags, preventing the closing lid obstructing evacuation; unnecessary with Trim Removal System.
Cut-off Perforation Knives allow surplus material removal after vacuum packing.
Watercooled Sealing Bars stabilise seal-bar temperature; recommended for continuous operation at 3 cycles/minute or heat-sensitive shrink bags.
Shrink Bag Equipment.
Ridged Belt for round products.
Outfeed rollers 250mm or 500mm long.
Booster/vane pump combinations.
Other lid heights, seal bar heights and pump systems upon enquiry.
