The advantages of Variobend up and down bending technology are in the increased freedom of movement as the aprons have a unrestricted 270 degree movement , whilst using servo technology our machines are also up to twice as fast when it comes to production output compared with other similar machines , the sturdiness of the machine allows us to go up to 3mm in aluminium , 2mm in mild steel / 1.5mm in stainless and still achieving perfect results due to our fully synchronized and automated crowning system , .. we even have a scanner that takes your hand drawn sketch into a finished usable bending program just by scanning in the picture , plus our bending software is free for you to use , our customers save heaps of downtime normally caused by programming and drawing up the profiles .. in other words .. get a Variobend and turn your lost money from paying overtime into an profit.
All our Machines be it single or double folder range from 4mtr to 12mtr with choice of 1000 or
1250 throat , with or without fully automated grippers , integrated sheet flipping devices and
