Goulburn Mulwaree Council, Goulburn, NSW

Three simultaneous projects including; Rossi Wer Water Pump Station Upgrade, Bradley Street Sewerage Pumping Station Upgrade and Goulburn Water Treatment Plant Automation electrical upgrade.

The Project Scope Was: To deliver a complete civil, mechanical and electrical upgrade for the Rossi Weir Pumping Station in Goulburn.

The scope of works included the a new power connection to convert the supply to the pumping station to 415VAC from the original HV design, design and manufacture and installation of a new outdoor kiosk style switchboard, replacement of the HV starters with 3 new ABB AFE LV Starters, supply and installation of a new transformer including infrastructure, supply and installation of 3 new pumps with
415VAC motors, upgrade of site ventilation, design manufacture and installation of a new PLC control panel and software, new local HMI, remote communications via 3/4G modem to the water treatment plant SCADA system, staged live cutover from the previous HV system to the new LV system.
To deliver a complete civil, mechanical and electrical upgrade for the Bradley Street Sewerage Pumping Station in Goulburn.

The scope of works included the refurbishment of the 2 wet wells, new power connection, new switchboard including new pump starters new pumps, new permanent generator, new valving and piping.

To deliver a complete electrical and SCADA upgrade for the Water Treatment plant in Goulburn.
The scope of works included the engineering, manufacture, programming, installation and commissioning of a new PLC based Automation System, and a new fibre optic communications infrastructure to control and monitor the treatment plant.

The project scope included the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of a new Main Switchboard as well as new distributed control panels.
