Grain Dryer Moisture Sensor, Hot Processes to 120°C – Hydro-Mix HT

Supplier: Allegiant Milling & Processing Solutions

1/5

A flush-mounted moisture sensor built for hot material – fitted before or after grain and feed dryers, in ducting, screw conveyors or mixers – handling process temperatures up to 120°C. Supplied and supported in Australia by Allegiant.

Rated to 120°C for dryer outlets

Brand: Hydronix

Where it's used

Materials: grain, rice, animal feed, biomass, organic and agricultural materials
Dryers: flush-mounted before or after the dryer, including the hot dryer outlet
Ducting: in a larger duct or chute with consistent material flow (vertical and angled ducting systems available)
Screw conveyors: on the upstroke of the blade
Mixers: end wall of single/twin shaft mixers; ribbon mixers and mixer outlets
Processes: conditioning (steam), drying, milling/grinding, mixing, pelletising/extrusion, packaging, storage

What it measures

Moisture content of hot material passing the sensor face, plus material temperature.

Key features

Rated for process temperatures up to 120°C
Flush mount – nothing protrudes into the flow
Selectable measurement modes
Adjustable signal filtering via Hydro-Com
Internal temperature compensation
Configure and calibrate remotely via Hydro-Com, Hydro-View or Hydro-Hub
