Double-layer re-sort – a second sorting stage re-checks material to improve final accuracy while limiting product loss.
Belt design suited to irregular, large, fragile and high-moisture agricultural products.
Modular construction intended for long service life.
AI defect recognition – deep-learning software classifies each particle by colour and shape against a library of product models; Meyer states defects down to 1–2 pixels can be picked up.
High-speed imaging – Meyer quotes 50,000 scans per second and detection of objects as small as 0.0025 mm².
Maglev 3.0 ejectors – non-contact air ejectors rated by Meyer at over 1,200 Hz, designed to reject only what needs rejecting and keep good-product loss down.
Multispectral vision options – Meyer's vision platform covers visible, infrared, UV and X-ray identification; confirm the configuration for your product with Allegiant.
Full RGB lighting with an adjustable background colour to improve contrast between good product and defects.
Sniper System – 3D reconstruction locates the centre of a contaminant so the air blast is aimed precisely.
