The Mogensen Sizer patented compact design can provide up to 10 times the capacity of conventional screens relative to the floor area occupied. Screen meshes with progressively smaller apertures are mounted at increasingly steep angles. This allows material to move rapidly and vertically through the meshes, reducing bed congestion and the risk of pegging and blinding while providing high screening capacity from a compact machine.

Mogensen Sizer Range

The Mogensen Sizer is available in five standard widths to suit different capacity requirements:

• 0.5 m
• 1.0 m
• 1.5 m
• 2.0 m
• 3.0 m

Available deck arrangements include:

• 3 decks for reduced headroom
• 6 decks for greater versatility and additional product separation

Five-deck Sizers can produce up to six products, while three-deck units can produce up to four products from a feed stream.
