SOLID SPLIT B 1100 Woodworking Band Resaw

The WEINIG SOLID SPLIT B 1100 is a high-performance single or twin band resaw with feed speeds up to 80 m/min, SplitControl PC controls and a freely selectable limit stop side.

Maximum productivity

Available as a single or twin resaw, with a powerful performance package for maximum productivity and flexibility.
Robust construction for reliability and durability.
Improved material yield, more effective chip extraction and improved user-friendliness.
Centre cut device for optimum material yield.
Feed unit with a freely selectable limit stop side and accurately positionable saw units, allowing a free choice of how the inserted wood is cut.
Saw units positionable on both sides (TWIN) for minimum setup times and maximum variability.
Precise band saw blade guidance and monitoring for high dimensional accuracy.

Solid band saw blade guide ensures a precise cut and high product quality in continuous operation.
Upper guide adjusts to different cutting heights via SplitControl, with positioning carried out via a robust guiding table for consistently high cutting quality regardless of material thickness.
Hydraulic band saw blade tension is adjustable via SplitControl and automatically monitored and readjusted during production.
Band saw blade position is monitored and automatically corrected for process reliability and high cutting quality.

Intuitive operation with a clear, structured user interface and all necessary information visible at a glance.
Fast, convenient operation with a range of adjustment options.
