Duraflex™ screw feeders meter and convey powders and granules, with flexible polyurethane hoppers, tool-free helix removal and volumetric or loss-in-weight control.

Move and meter powders and granules from hoppers, bag tip stations, bulk bags and silos into mixers, extruders and packing machines.
Flexible hopper made from hard-wearing, food-grade polyurethane.
External paddles gently massage the hopper walls to keep cohesive powders flowing without bridging or rat-holing.
Stainless steel frame and chassis as standard.
Interchangeable screws and helixes to suit fine powders, coarse granules, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and plastics.
Tool-free helix removal and slide-out hopper for fast cleaning and product changes.
Volumetric control for simple, steady dosing, or loss-in-weight (gravimetric) control for continuous, self-correcting accuracy.
PLC and batching system integration.
Can both meter material at a controlled rate and convey material from one point to another.
Designed and built by Klausen in Kings Park, Sydney.
