Duraflex Auger Fillers & Powder Filling Machines

Klausen Duraflex™ auger fillers offer filling capacities from 50g to 50kg, with a fast clean-down design, dust extraction and stainless contact parts.

Massaging system on infeed walls to provide accurate filling.
Fast clean-down design.
Wide filling range through quick changes of the filling nozzle.
Fill weights from small retail packs to bulk containers, set up around the product’s density and flow.
Filling nozzles available for valve bags, cartons, jars, pails and open mouth bags.
Dust extraction.
Stainless contact parts.
Semi-automatic or line-integrated operation.
Sophisticated control system enables easy setup of target weight, dribble feed and free fall.

A precise screw turns inside a filling tube to dose powder into the pack.
The Ranger weigh controller fills quickly to near the target weight, then switches to a slow dribble feed for accuracy, compensating for product still in free fall.

Filling powders into bags, pails, drums and cartons for food, nutraceutical and chemical products.
Handles powders, granules, pastes, nuts and beans.
Typical products include flour and bakery premixes, protein and nutritional powders, spices, dairy powders, chemicals, detergents and pharmaceuticals.
