Duraflex™ volumetric and gravimetric screw feeders feature a flexible, massaged hopper, interchangeable screws and tool-free helix disconnection.

Stainless steel frame and chassis construction as standard.
Flexible hopper manufactured from hard wearing foodgrade polyurethane material, with gentle massaging for years of use at peak performance.
Gentle flexing provides exceptional volumetric accuracy and reduces hang-up or bridging of difficult-flowing materials.
External hopper massaging keeps product flowing and the screw evenly filled, including cohesive powders prone to bridging or rat-holing, such as cocoa, starch, pigments and titanium dioxide.
Handles fine powders, coarse granules, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastics and liquids.
High dosing accuracy matched to the powder’s flow characteristics and feed rate.
Interchangeable screws for different powders.
Integration with PLC and batching controls.

Load cells support the hopper, screw and drive. The controller measures weight loss over time, compares actual discharge with the set point and adjusts motor speed to maintain the required feed rate in kilograms per hour.
Automatically compensates for bulk-density changes as material empties, aerates or changes between batches.
At low-level weight, refill is triggered. During refill, the feeder holds the last good screw speed, returning to weight-based control once refill settles.
Supports continuous steady-rate feeding, multiple feeders following a master rate, and batch dispensing of a set quantity before stopping.
