With vacuum

• Introduces powder under vacuum below the liquid surface, instantly wetting and deaerating it to create a uniform, homogeneous, highly stable product with a long shelf-life.
• Introduces oil directly into the high shear mixing device, producing very small oil droplets that contribute to a stable, consistent emulsion.

Without vacuum

• Allows all powder and liquid to be added according to customer specifications, either manually or by a bin lifter.
• The one-pot solution decreases energy use, saves time and optimises clean-in-place (CIP) processes and manufacturing profitability.
