The PerMix PDI High Speed Mixer mixes dry powders or granulates with liquid binder, using a central impeller and side high-speed chopper for fast, homogeneous mixing.

Mixes dry powders in a multidimensional shear flow for thorough mixing in a short time.
A central impeller and side high-speed chopper combine with binder solution sprayed into the bowl to produce uniform, porous granules.
The Y-shaped rotor blade has a special aerodynamic profile that fluidises powders for fast, homogeneous mixing with the optimised high-speed chopper.
Powders or granules discharge through a side discharge with a no “dead zone” valve.

Consists of two electrical motors, one reduction gear, coupling and shafts with two agitators.
Special shaft sealing, sometimes with air purge, limits contact between material and seal.
Materials load from the top; discharge is located at the bottom side.
Modular design allows individual configuration to suit constructional circumstances and specific requirements, with optional feeding, discharging and installation designs.
Internal and external finishes can be adapted to customer needs. Hardened Stainless Steel contact parts are offered for abrasive materials.

A variety of feeding and discharging arrangements can be selected.
Light or highly viscous liquids can be added from the top through spray nozzles or a special injector pipe. A jacketed hopper is available for hot viscous liquid.
Standard cover is manually operated with a counter-weight. Optional pneumatic opening uses an air cylinder for easier opening and closing.
A jacketed tank is available for heating/cooling, with a temperature probe for control/monitoring.
Can be designed for vacuum drying and deaerating, or inner pressure working for special applications.
