HLCV-1 Crate Washer

The HLCV-1 is a compact conveying crate washer with a hygienic design and integrated main wash and rinsing zones for slight to moderately contaminated plastic crates.

Fast, effective cleaning of slight to moderately contaminated plastic crates.
Compact, hygienic design with integrated main wash and rinsing zones.
Main wash uses circulating water kept at the desired temperature by the installed tank heater and constantly filtered by the HEIM-EDT-Screen-TecH” filtration system.
Clean fresh rinsing water is subsequently conducted into the main wash tank for reuse, achieving superb wash results while minimising water, energy and chemicals’ consumption.
A conveyor chain transports crates at even distances through the unit for optimal cleaning of all faces; rotatable Clip-eyelet flat nozzles provide efficient cleaning.
