Gentle, high-capacity spin drying

Overview

The Kronen KS-100 PLUS Vegetable and Lettuce Spin Dryer provides rapid, gentle and efficient drying of salads, leafy greens, herbs, cut vegetables and fruit. Described as Australia’s industry standard, it is engineered for high-throughput food processors, commercial kitchens and fresh-cut salad producers.

Features

Gentle, high-capacity spin drying reduces excess water for fresher results and consistently dry, ready-to-pack produce, with maximum yield and minimum product damage.
Robust stainless steel construction and a powerful drive system support high-speed operation and commercial kitchen use.
Soft stop/start gently treats delicate leaves.
Electronic speed and time controls allow precise customisation for different products, drying without bruising or tearing.
Soft, vibration-dampened spinning minimises mechanical stress and preserves freshness, texture and shelf life, including for premium salad mixes, baby leaf, spinach and herb blends.
High throughput increases drying efficiency and reduces manual handling.
Easy operation, ergonomic height, wide lid opening and a tilt-out basket system enable fast loading and unloading.
Hygienic stainless steel surfaces, removable components and tool-free cleaning support thorough washdown and compliance with Australian food safety standards.
Optional discharge belt or pneumatic lid available for automated lines to boost productivity.
