Screen Separator | NEWScreen

Providing screens that deliver high throughput and low maintenance, Wastech with its equipment Partner the CP Group, leads the industry with the most efficient screening technology for fractioning 2D and 3D materials and separating fines from recyclables.

CP’s R&D has developed a true non-wrapping design which is the newest technology in the industry. The newest design CP Anti Wrapping Screen uses High-Agitation discs and extra-large rotor shafts mitigate wrapping and reduce jamming; whilst the CP Auger has a series of cantilevered steel augers that do not wrap or jam, making the screens extremely low-maintenance and cost effective.

Features:

• Automatically separates large fibre (ONP) from mixed paper, containers and debris.
Patented rubber finger discs accurately size material for increased recovery rates.
• Lowest disc cost per tonne of material.
• Shaft and disc designed for reduced wrapping.
