The INOXPA PROLAC HCP is a compact, close-coupled hygienic centrifugal pump with a balanced mechanical seal and CIP/SIP cleaning without disassembly.

Compact, highly efficient, close-coupled centrifugal pump with hygienic design.
Suitable for applications requiring high hygiene, gentle product handling and resistance to chemical agents; particularly suitable as a main process pump in dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Construction includes a cold-formed stainless steel casing, impeller, mechanical seal, pump cover, lantern and shaft connected to the motor shaft by mechanical compression.
IEC-compliant motor with stainless steel shroud and height-adjustable, hygienically designed legs.
Designed according to EHEDG recommendations; easily cleaned by CIP/SIP systems without disassembly.
Authorised to carry the 3-A symbol, subject to the configuration options below.

Internal single mechanical seal with balanced, hygienic design.
Alternative seal materials available when required.
Optional double mechanical seal uses two identical seals, allowing single-to-double seal upgrades and simplifying spare-parts management.
