Grading as well as cleaning – can also sort by length, size and shape.
Configurable – multiple configuration options to suit different plants, from the CG UV8 up to the CG UV MAX.
AI that adapts – deep-learning recognition of hard-to-detect defects, with sorting parameters adjusted in real time; Meyer states defects down to 1–2 pixels can be detected.
Maglev ejectors – up to 1,200 ejections per second with millisecond response, to limit good-product loss and handle delicate product gently.
High-speed imaging – Meyer quotes 50,000 scans per second, slow-motion capture and detection of objects as small as 0.0025 mm².
Multispectral vision – visible, infrared, UV and X-ray identification options.
Full RGB lighting with an adjustable background colour to improve contrast between good product and defects.
Sniper System – 3D reconstruction locates the centre of a contaminant so the air blast is aimed precisely.
Remote support – remote monitoring, start-up, settings backup and diagnostics.
Simple operator interface, with operator training provided.
