OMAS Leonardo Roller Mill

OMAS - Leonardo Roller Mill

Leonardo Roller Mill

The Omas Leonardo Edge roller mill combines maximum energy efficiency and total process control with grinding roller pressure measurement, temperature sensing and full recipe control.

Protected by an international patent.
Combines innovation, efficiency and sustainability.
Offers superior performance, maximum energy efficiency and total process control.

Specification	Value
Brand	Omas
Model	Leonardo Edge

OPS (Omas Pressure System): Controls and measures grinding roller pressure using a load cell device applied directly to the cylinder actuation systems.
OCS (OMAS CYLINDERS SYSTEM): Roller temperature control sensor determines whether the machine is working uniformly across the entire milling surface or needs further calibration.
OMR (OMAS MULTIRECIPE): Full recipe control, including roll gap, feeding roll rpm, hopper level, individual grinding roll speeds, ratio adjustment and roll inversion, from fast roll to slow and vice versa.
