Foreign objects: glass, metal, stones and ceramics
Internal defects: unripe, damaged or hollow nuts, fruit and seeds
Contaminants that look like the product from the outside, identified by internal structure and density

X-ray bulk sorting – inspects free-flowing product on the line rather than packed goods
Maglev Ejectors (Maglev 3.0) – non-contact ejectors working above 1,200 Hz with millisecond flap action, rejecting defects without interrupting product flow
Enclosed design with integrated safety systems – radiation is controlled within the machine
High-speed imaging – 50,000 scans per second
AI image analysis – deep-learning software trained on shape and colour data classifies defects as small as 1–2 pixels
Sniper System – 3D reconstruction pinpoints the centre of a contaminant so it can be targeted for removal
Remote support – real-time monitoring, remote start-up, backups, status checks and diagnostics
Simple operator interface – intuitive control panel, with operator training provided
